Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after you notify us of your return, but may be withheld until we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If you paid with a gift card or store credit, the refund will be issued as store credit.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item to secure availability. The unwanted item should then be returned following our standard return process.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Conditions

  • You have 14 days from the day after you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Exchanges must be made by placing a new order. The original item should be returned as described in the return form.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • All returns must be sent in the original packaging, and customers are responsible for ensuring the product is securely packaged for safe shipping.

How to Return an Item

  1. Returns are now handled using the return form included in your package. Please fill out the form and place it inside the original packaging together with the item you are returning. If your package did not include a return form, please contact our customer service through our form and we will assist you.

  2. Once you have completed the return form included in your package, please send your item to the return address below:
    Please note: According to EU consumer law, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  3. Pack the item securely and drop it off at your chosen shipping provider. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
